Since Texian is located on FM 359, we wanted to name our farmhouse-style saison after the road that makes it possible for you to come visit us. FM 359 is brewed with a mixture of domesticated saccharomyces yeast strains as well as some “wild” brettanomyces yeast strains and also lactobacillus bacteria. This combination gives us a rustic ale that has a nice dry finish and is perfect for post fermentation additions.
