2014 Pro-Am Competition!

We’re excited to announce that Texian will be hosting our Pro-Am competition this April!

The contest is open to all homebrewers and the winning entry will be brewed, at Texian, for public tasting and GABF submission!

    So just so that I am clear my brew can only fermit for 2wks and be in bottles for 2 weeks

      No, it can have up to 3 weeks in the fermenter (any combination of primary & secondary) and then up to one month of “Aging” once kegged. We will be kegging the beer so don’t worry about “bottle conditioning time” as the brew will be carbonated in our brite tank. The additional one month is for higher gravity beers that need additional time to “mellow”. Cheers!
